It’s crazy how volatile being a founder is in the early days.

Within the same day you can go from:

09.00am: This is going amazingly well!
10.00am: This is going to fail... why did I start this?
12.00am: Holy crap, maybe I should pivot?
12.05am: How am I going to make money?
01.00pm: Omg this is so gonna work!
01.25 pm: This is gonna be massive! Which yacht?
