Yet, the important question is this: what does it mean for ideas to have a voice? Ideas are first silent abstract thoughts in our minds akin to an inner voice only we can hear. And while they may seem crystal clear to us, we often encounter a common roadblock: investors, customers, and employees don't just get it. For ideas to move people and inspire action, they need to become carriers of conviction, emotion, and purpose. To put it simply, they need a voice. Not until we find the voice of our ideas, they remain silent witnesses to our intentions. In my work with founders and VCs, I help them transform their ideas into meaningful narratives that define culture, rally investment, accelerate adoption, and drive advocacy.
