Over the last two decades... I have had the opportunity to work across 14 countries in Europe, the Americas and the Middle East. With some amazing brands & chefs like Dorchester Collection, InterContinental hotels, Alain Ducasse, Dominique Ansel, Greg Malouf, Frederic Vardon and Asia de Cuba. I always believed I wanted to be a hotel General Manager but in 2015, My passion for food & beverage sent me in a different direction and I moved across to independent restaurants. It has been an amazing journey. Opening multiple restaurants Remotely managing operations internationally Working with suppliers, investors, clients, owners and teams to create unique experiences. Growing to become the Chief Operating Officer of a global investment firm. Since March 2022, I have spent my time building a business that can truly disrupt the hospitality sector working with the next generation of brands to write the perfect business plan and supporting them to implement and optimise their strategies. Doing this with a people-centric approach, working with The Burnt Chef Project to improve the conditions of the amazing people that work in the industry.
