"HOW DO YOU DO IT?" We buy below market value - Our expertise in the market means we can purchase property at a below market value using our connections to secure “off-market deals”
or negotiating prices down.

- Refurbish or develop to maximise value – Our team of architects, project managers
and highly skilled tradespeople work together to ensure our projects are designed
and developed to the highest standard, fully maximising the property's value.

- Release equity at new higher value through refinance or sale – If we our planning on
keeping the properties for rental we will use our relationships with our mortgage
advisors to ensure we are receiving the highest value of equity return on our
projects. Alternatively, if we are re-selling, we use only the best agents to ensure we
are getting the best price!

"HOW DO YOU FUND YOUR PROJECTS?" We use all streams of lending to fund our projects, Our own funds, Institutional lending, and private funds. For private lenders, we offer 8-10% returns for a lending period of 12 months. Interest can be paid monthly, or, on the maturity of the agreement.
