Because everyone is busy, and your role is to show your value clearly. If people can't understand what you do within the first 15 seconds, you're doing it wrong. Let me share a simple PACE framework that we use: ๐ PROFILE Your profile is like your shop window: โ Looking for a job? Make it easy to see what you're good at โ Want to be known for something? Pick one topic and own it โ Want clients? Show them clearly how you can help ๐ฅ AUDIENCE Know who you're talking to: โ Who exactly do you want to reach? โ Is it recruiters, customers, or business people? โ Are you connecting with these people regularly? ๐ CONTENT Show up and share: โ Post regularly to stay visible โ Share what you know โ LinkedIn likes people who post often โ Help others with useful tips ๐ค ENGAGEMENT This is the secret sauce: โ Comment on others' posts - it works better than just posting โ DM - a good DM add values (I lol at people who send me their very first message as a bad sales pitch, bro that doesn't work) โ Quick story: I know someone with lots of Australian connections who wants a US job. My advice? Start talking to US people in your industry. Your online activity should match where you want to go. Remember: You don't need to be everywhere. Just be great where it matters.
