After 100+ site launches, I can predict which mistakes kill conversions.

Wild, right?

No matter the niche.

I keep seeing the same 8:

❌ Broken links (who checks these before launch? not enough people…)
❌ Stock images (yes, I mean the ones everyone seen 100x)
❌ Fake testimonials (your cousin Tim is not fooling anyone)
❌ Popups in the first 2 seconds (ouch, my eyes)
❌ AI blog posts with zero value (Google knows. Users know)
❌ Loading spinners that never stop (still waiting... still)
❌ Moving sliders in the hero section (nobody clicks these, ever)
❌ Low contrast design (hard to read is hard to trust)

I wish I could say these are hard to fix.

I got fired on a remote island in Indonesia. That day changed everything for me.

I was in the middle of nowhere.

In-person work beats remote every time.

Spent one week with Maximilian Fleitmann in New York at the Webflow Conference.

First time in over 2.5 years working side by side for more than a day.
It is funny because we are so used to our meetings at Magier to solve problems or catch up. This time we were a team 24/7.

Reminiscing about our trip to New York, and how could I not?

Traveling has always been a passion of mine and this time it came together with work in the best way. ✈️

The lessons, the experiences and most of all the people made it unforgettable.

I even got the chance to meet industry professionals I have admired for a long time. 

This trip to Webflow Conf 2025 is without a doubt one of the highlights of my year and I feel grateful to be part of a company that pushes me to grow and bring out my best.
