•	Internal Communications:Handling the communications and executing internal campaigns. This includes drafting communication in accordance with the copywriters, managing 
designs with the design teams and then vendor management
•	Conducted quality and compliance checks on the work done by various client facing teams globally.
•	Analyzed issues and producing deliverables to document the diligence with which such tasks were performed.
•	Prepared reports and presentations on excel, power point etc and analyzed the trends

When I was growing up, the women in my family had a predictable idea of success: "Find a good, stable job. Then build a home."

Now that I run a social media agency, I realize I’ve internalized two conflicting questions that clash daily:
