👋🏼 Hey, I'm Aiza. I fix the money leaks in your customer journey, starting with emails—the easiest ones to fix! Given the market situation right now, you don't wanna lose the leads, new users, and customers your team worked so hard to acquire, do you? Let's optimize your • Onboarding emails • Sales, nurture, transactional emails • And even your cold outreach emails Let’s squeeze in more conversions to up your MRR. 💡What else I can do for growth-ready SaaS teams • Develop your product messaging for smoother onboarding • Optimize the rest of your customer journey for conversions (existing blogs, emails, and content) • Collaborate with 6+ CaaSocio partners and become your fractional marketing + sales team ✨What I've done/doing • Managed SaaS email lists with over 400k subscribers • Set up multiple email platforms for growing SaaS to save on costs (Intercom x SendGrid) • I helped an eComm SaaS rebrand from B2C to B2C • Rebuilt onboarding processes of 6+ SaaS (from emails to UX/UI) • Built the GTM of a new product for a SaaS during the pandemic and converted ~35%+ of beta users into paying users (mostly thru in-apps + emails) • I built and managed lean marketing teams for 2 growing SaaS • I co-run a SaaS copy + content agency, served 40+ SaaS in 14 countries 💡Where I started I've quit my job as a test development engineer for a global semiconductor company because I can't shake off my love for writing and my fascination for making money online. Some days I work late. But these 40+% CTRs make them worth it. 🤪 I spilled the tea on how I write SaaS email CTAs. And if you want an entire SaaS Onboarding Email Kit with guides, Mailmodo email templates, and handy examples... Comment "CTR". You have to go through a Buzz-feed style email quiz Sabahet Amjad and I co-created to get your hands on them... It'll be fun! #TINYASK | #SaaS | #SaaSemails

Okay, email marketers… our days are numbered! I just spoke with the humans behind an AI tool that can: • auto-segment your audience • personalize your campaigns • even suggest new segments to target I thought we had at least 6 months before something like this dropped. But nope. It’s here. Excited to use it! even if it could replace me someday. It’s a pain to segment audiences in certain email platforms. 🙄🙄🙄 I can think of a lot of use cases for PLG SaaS. Thoughts? Would you use something like this? #email #SaaS

📣 THE TINY ASK FRAMEWORK. It’s live! I just published the full breakdown of the TINY ASK Framework — the onboarding email approach I use to help SaaS teams write emails that move users and grow MRR. If you’ve ever sent a “Welcome to [Product]!” email and wondered why users didn’t take action… This is for you. We’re talking: ✅ Tactical (not fluffy) messaging ✅ Interactive (not passive) triggers ✅ Clear next steps ✅ Emotionally easy CTAs Whether you're writing onboarding flows from scratch or fixing leaky ones — this framework helps you build momentum, not just send messages. 👇 Read the full post BONUS If you want the SaaS email goodies that I, Sabahet Amjad and the Mailmodo team worked on, make sure to read until the end! Glad the TINY ASK Framework I created makes sense. Especially to fellow SaaS onboarding strategist like 💌 Beth Colman! :) Leaving the link to my framework below if you'd like to check it out.

Don’t waste your welcome email by just sharing login details. It’s your first real chance to connect with new users. And it sets the tone for everything that follows. Here are a few things you can do to make it count: ✨ Tell a quick origin story Humans connect through stories. Sharing why your product exists helps users feel part of something. Especially if it speaks to the problem they’re trying to solve. 🧭 Let users self-select their path Add links that let people tell you what they’re here for. If you aren’t set up for fancy automations, it’ll help you send more relevant follow-ups. 🔑 Give them one small, meaningful action Not “set up your whole workspace.” One nudge that gets them closer to their aha moment. Check out Aiza Coronado 🚴🏻‍♀️’s TINY ASK Framework for some great examples of this! Your welcome email isn’t just a receipt. Make it intentional.

There’s a B2B Creator fever going around. Everyone’s talking about influence, distribution, and audience-led growth. And honestly? I wanted in. I had no idea how. But 4 months after making the quiet decision to become a B2B Creator... I got my first Creator Partnership. ✨ No big pivots. No outreach or media kits. No solid plans either. Just writing about SaaS onboarding, emails, and following what felt fun. And connecting with awesome people here on LinkedIn like Sabahet Amjad. 🫶 📬 I’m now Mailmodo’s Creator Partner! Today, I wrote about how that happened. And I wrote it for me. To mark Mother’s Day with something that felt like mine—like momentum, clarity, and proof that I’m still becoming. Inside this week’s issue of The Glimmer Code ✦: ✨ How I attracted a creator partnership without pitching 🧠 The psychology of self-signaling (and how it shaped this opportunity) 🔁 The 3-step rhythm I’ve used to grow without ditching what already works 📥 Why you don’t need a pivot—you just need a clear signal Your next opportunity doesn’t always come from pitching. Sometimes, it shows up because you finally started acting like the version of you who could receive it. Fast SaaS growth feels amazing — until your email marketing becomes your biggest liability. Here’s what happens when you ignore email marketing while growing: 😪 Your domain reputation tanks (emails land in spam, or you get blacklisted). 😪 Your acquisition costs wasted (users you paid for? Gone cold). 😪 Your list decays (inactive, fake, bounced emails stack up). 😪 Your email costs rise, nothing comes back. 😪 Your momentum was for vanity. And every day you delay, the hole gets deeper. Not fixing it is quietly costing you users, traction, and attention you already earned. If you’re seeing strong user sign-ups but low retention... 👉 Look at your email systems. Emails help your SaaS get sticky. P.S. Currently helping an amazing SaaS fix their email SYSTEMS because of exactly these problems. Excited for the numbers in the coming months! #SaaS #emails

Sure, I love clicking 3 different links just to confirm my account. — Said no new user ever. Most SaaS emails send users on a full circus ride: 🎪 Open tab → log in → figure out where to click → get frustrated → drop off What if you could let them complete tasks without leaving their inbox? Interactive emails let you do exactly that. (Check the gif below for ideas 👇) This is the “I” in my TINY ASK Framework: Interactive. Your onboarding emails shouldn’t just teach, inform, or ask. They should move users forward. Ask them to do something simple — like: ➕ Add team members 📝 Create their first presentation ✅ Set preferences or confirm their account Then? Link the CTA to the exact place inside your app. But the better way? Let them do the tasks inside the email! Sounds like a tech nightmare, but Mailmodo makes this ridiculously easy. Their onboarding templates come with interactive forms built right in. Use it to: ✅ Collect user preferences ✅ Gather feedback on early experience ✅ Confirm account details or subscriptions → No dev work → No friction → Just fast, smooth user experiences Want these templates? 🎯 Take the quiz to unlock the full SaaS Onboarding Email Kit — including my TINY ASK Framework: https://lnkd.in/gTyxDXWa Your users will loveee you for it! I changed my mind about Monday client calls. It sets the mood for my work week. It makes me feel accomplished after I wrap it up. It gives me this "I'm super feeling" especially when I have wins to report. Just wrapped up a 12-minute update call with a fairly new SaaS email client. Not even 1 month in yet, But happy to report: — Improved deliverability score by 60% — Hit 56%-58% open rates — Sent our first product email I'll be writing those "Here's what I'd do if you'd hire me posts" for: — SaaS startups with absolutely ZERO email efforts — Young, but profitable startups with minimal email in place — Established challenger SaaS that want to drip in more MRR via emails/in-apps or lifecycle revamp Will also have a SaaS onboarding webinar soon... Dropping details soon so make sure you follow if you're up for these! #SaaS #Lifecycle #EmailMarketing

My LinkedIn impressions dropped to under 2k/day these past 90 days But here’s what’s actually been happening behind the scenes: ✅ Hosting a SaaS onboarding webinar with Sabahet Amjad & Mailmodo Signup here ↝ https://lnkd.in/gmbMvxAw 🏖️ Spent our anniversary last week at the beach 🎙️ Just dropped an email podcast with Anirban Das 📩 Got another podcast invite 🤌 📈 Helped a new SaaS client boost deliverability and hit 60% opens 💌 Renamed my LinkedIn newsletter to SaaS Email Code ✦ Get one tiny email fix per issue ↝ https://lnkd.in/gMZBuNhN (Also more LinkedIn folks moved to Substack! Happy to see them there) 🧩 Finally doing email + webinars for an existing AllBound client I won’t lie — I do want better impressions and a 10k follower count I can flex as a marketer. But most of the breakthroughs? They didn’t come from posting. They came from doing. Sometimes, the real growth shows up off the feed. 🙈 So don't feel bad if your impressions tank, you're probably doing work that matters. ;) P.S. Working on LinkedIn consistency and growth on Q3 though! #LinkedIn

If you work in marketing, you’ve probably said this at least once: “Wait — where did that convo go again?” “Was it on Slack? Email? LinkedIn? WhatsApp?” “Did I reply???” Same. But the worst of them all??? LinkedIn DMs! Because unlike Slack or Gmail, LinkedIn doesn’t have channels. Or tags. Or schedule options. Your LinkedIn Inbox is a black hole for: 🚫 awesome collabs 🚫 warm leads you forgot to reply to 🚫 ready-to-buy prospects who followed your content for months And if you do marketing, lead gen, or partnerships, you already know how much this hurts. And if your LinkedIn inbox is a mess, your pipeline probably is, too. That’s why I’m so excited about this. We've invited Mitchell Tan 📮 of Kondo to show us how to organize our LinkedIn inbox. Mary Jane Robido will also share how she manages lead gen convos for us and for our clients. Webinar details: 🗓 May 7 🕐 5PM Manila | 10AM UK | 2:30PM IST 🎟 Register free — 100 seats only If you’re a global marketer, consultant, or LinkedIn-heavy founder, this will help you stop ghosting opportunities you didn't mean to ghost. Stop obsessing over open rates. Heat map your email instead. 👇 I don't obsess over open rates anymore. They just tell me who peeked. I care about who clicked. And where. And why. Because click data? That’s behavior gold. It’s how you reverse-engineer intent (and user action)! Did they click the hero CTA? The random hyperlink mid-body? The sneaky PS that wasn’t even styled like a CTA? That tells me: 🧠 What actually got through their mind 🧠 How deep they scroll 🧠 Whether buttons or bare-text links work better 🧠 And how different segments literally move differently And sometimes, I get a little surprised: I've seen: → PS links outperform main CTAs → Entire segments click on completely different things → Text links beat buttons Click maps (especially visual ones like in Mailmodo) are 🔥. It’s like heatmapping an email. It’s like watching your audience move through your email with a highlighter. You see what pulls users in. Unlike SendGrid where you're stuck squinting at raw link positions like it’s an excel file. So yes — check your clicks. Not for ego. For insight. For science. For smarter emails. P.S. I’ll be hosting a SaaS onboarding webinar next week. If you’re into click psychology and activation strategy — stay tuned. 🧠✨ #SaaS #Emails #EmailMarketing

As a 90s baby marketer, this is my fave AI use case: Treating it like a Buzzfeed Quiz Master. It's good for my ego. Which improves my mood. And ups my energy to breeze through my to-do list—my AI money ROI'ed. 💁‍♀️ What's your most unhinged AI use case as a marketer? #AI

I’d skip calls if I could — but my first 1:1 call via Exit Five’s Matchmaking Program? So worth it. Every minute was gold. Learned about an ABM strategy that works in 2025 — and it made me painfully aware of why my cold emails flop. (Ouch, but also... thank you.) Honestly, we need more convos like this. Less theory, more real marketing talk with people deep in the work. Big shoutout to the Exit Five team — I got matched with someone who’s been around since the DGMG days (just like me). 🔥 And if you’re doing ABM, follow and talk to Sam Hall. Seriously. You’ll thank me later. If you’re already in Exit Five and haven’t booked a match yet — go do it. If you’re not in? Might be time! P.S. Yes, I booked a Friday night call right after a beach vacation. Yes, it was still worth it. 😅 #ABM #B2B

A couple of days ago, I met Anirban and we talked email. Not just write better subject lines , kind of email— We got into the real stuff: → What mistakes taught me early on (yes, there was a terrifying overage bill 😅) → How I helped a SaaS client grow MRR by $50K with smarter segmentation → What email tools I use for SaaS and for my own stuff → Why I’m obsessed with interactive emails → How to avoid building a list full of freebie-seekers → The TINY ASK framework I use to write emails that move people → How I use email to sell our own workshops, cohorts, and ideas too → Why email still feels like the underrated ROI machine nobody talks about If you geek out on SaaS activation, lifecycle, or emails, this one’s for you. 🎧 Watch here: https://lnkd.in/gRX2Yb4D And tell me your favorite part after 👇 #SaaS #emails

                  28

Onboarding emails are always an afterthought. For most SaaS teams, anyway. They remember it after the launch. After the drop-offs. After 10,000 hard-earned signups go silent. Usually, when someone finally asks, “Wait... why aren’t users activating?” So the scramble begins. 👉 They pull in someone from marketing 👉 Hire an intern (it's just writing emails anyway) 👉 Write a welcome email (maybe two) Onboarding shouldn’t be a patch job. It should be the default. Because those first few emails? They don’t just “welcome” users — They shape the first impression. Set the mood. Build the habit. They decide whether a user sticks… or ghosts. My SaaS clients always tell me the same thing: “It’s overwhelming.” The flows, the segments, the tools, the planning — especially when your product already grew without any of it. Breathe. You don’t need a perfect onboarding sequence anyway. You just need a decent one that nudges new users into action. 👀 Want help with that? I’m teaming up with Mailmodo and Sabahet Amjad for a 45-min live onboarding workshop — built for SaaS marketers who just need to start somewhere. 📅 Join us live Tuesday, Jun 03, 2025 05.00 PM - 05.45 PM IST 📍 Save your seat: https://lnkd.in/gmbMvxAw Let’s stop treating onboarding emails like an afterthought — and start using it as the growth lever it’s meant to be. #SaaS #EmailMarketing #Emails

                    27

Dear B2B founders trying to post more on LinkedIn: (Also applies to anyone who wants to grow here in 2025) You’re not late. You’re just showing up at a time when the rules are changing. The creator middle class—the “great hooks, generic advice” tipsters, platitude echo chambers, and AI rant novels—is multiplying. Every post is starting to sound like Twitter in a suit. And the audience? They're getting tired of surface-level noise. (and AI comments too). So what else is there to gain here? Category ownership. Resonance. Relationships that could ROI over time. It's still worth your time and energy if you stop obsessing over your metrics. As a founder, you’re sitting on what most creators wish they had: 🤌 POVs shaped by real-world building 🤌 A vision that runs deeper and longer than virality 🤌 Customer conversations that make great non-obvious content You don’t need a million impressions anyway. Just a clear, resonant narrative that speaks to the right few. That’s what we do with AllBound: We help founders design outbound engines that spread the stories only they can tell while building the right relationships that ROI over time. If you’re wary of the content noise, but ready and committed to create and show up online, my DM is open. I'm also writing about this shift on Substack. The collapse of shallow content, platform switching (hello Substack), and what content systems should founders (and freelancers) invest in this 2025. #B2BContent #LinkedIn

Just saw that Favikon dropped their April 2025 social media rankings — and honestly? It’s so good! I love seeing more non-English speaking and women creators getting recognized. This month includes creators from Spain, Lebanon, Rwanda, South Korea, Serbia, Sierra Leone, Portugal, and more. It’s inclusive, global, and a beautiful reflection of how wide creativity truly is. Shoutout to Jeremy Boissinot for building Favikon — I geeked out inside the platform recently and was surprised to see myself at #1 in a few places that actually matter to me. Just locally here in the Philippines, though. 🇵🇭 — #SaaS #LinkedIn — #CreatorEconomy #LinkedIn — #ContentMarketingAndCopywriting #LinkedIn Still a small creator here, but it’s amazing to see freelance friends in the mix too. That said… I really hope to see Filipino creators represented in the coming months on Favikon. There’s so much talent brewing here. Tagging some fellow creatives I’ve seen topping the Favikon charts — let’s make sure the Favikon team feels us. 🙌 Cap Hernandez, Farrah Garcia 🦸🏻‍♀️, Zendric Avillanoza 📑, Ma. P.S. Also this is a subtle shoutout I'm open to brand partnerships. lol. As per Favikon, I have high engagement in a niche audience focused on SaaS and freelancing. :) I'm looking at you, SaaS brands who want to expand in the Philippines. Or even SEA. Let's talk! #CreatorEconomy #B2BCreator

                      39

Most onboarding emails explain. Like… a lot. Some try to impress. (Grandly. And not in a good way.) Others? They just copy-paste the entire knowledge base into the email. 🙃 But very few actually get users to do something. If you're doing any of the 3 above... You're not onboarding. You're overwhelming. 👋 That’s why I built TINY ASK — an email framework that'll help you write SaaS emails that make your users click and move: ✅ Tactical ✅ Interactive ✅ Next-Step ✅ Yes-Driven I’m dropping the full breakdown (with swipeable email examples) tomorrow.
