I thought I knew what being a founder would be like... then I read The Hard Thing About Hard Things. The book doesn’t hold back. It doesn’t paint a pretty picture of startup life. It talks about the stuff no one warns you about. One part that hit home was when Ben Horowitz talks about making the hard calls when you're low on cash and high on stress. I’ve been there. But I can’t see the problem here. This is the new reality. He didn’t just copy-paste. He went to stores, spoke to people, took raw notes, and then used AI to structure his report. That’s not cheating. That’s understanding what matters today. As someone building in the expert knowledge space, I’ll say this plainly – no one is paying you anymore to rewrite existing content.
