I’m minding my business on the tube this morning when I get smacked in the face by this advert basically shouting:

Fear is not this sacred, untouchable force. 

It’s a pattern. A trained response. A habit your nervous system learned a very long time ago.

And habits can be unlearned and completely  reconditioned.

You can actually train your system to experience less fear by expanding your capacity to meet it. And when you do that, you expand your capacity for joy, peace and fulfilment.

"I don't want to feel like this..."


That sentence has blocked more female founders than any strategy gap ever has. Including me.

We want the desire.
We want the big next chapter.
