So this is a genuine as for help on here, as I am at a bit of a loss. So please, LinkedIn come through for me and send me some helpful humans to my post ✨ I launched a Luxury glass jewellery business in the summer of 2024. I got all my branding and ducks in a row in November 2024. My website is now done. We don't have a shop (before you ask why I am not doing Local SEO) We are Ecommerce. We have made a few sales. But not as many as I would like. I was attacked viciously on social media (Instagram) by someone I thought was a friend, hence the rebrand. But they not only damaged the years work I had done with my business before the rebrand, they also damaged my confidence. BUT, we rebranded, rebuilt and we're proud of what happened off the back of something horrid! I now feel a bit lost at what the next step is. How to drive sales to the website. How to make social media make more sales for us. And how the bloody hell tiktok works So I am asking for any tips, tricks and advice for my product based business. I am not asking for handouts or freebies, If I feel it is right for the biz I am happy to invest too. Just looking for some advice worth having...
