I developed a love for business operations during my nine years in retail. Retail taught me how to create great customer experiences, P&L management, showed me what I was missing as a leader, and more. It's a highlight of my career to this day from opening two new stores to being nominated for a national award. Though the titles have changed through the years, I'm still very passionate about leadership and customer satisfaction. I've started a couple businesses, helped start others, and rebuilt a few more over time. I've added to my experience in human resources, sales management, and business planning and strategy to name a few. Most important is my why. That's my family starting with my wife, two sons, and our goldendoodle. Everything I do is to create a better life for them. We're usually on a sports field somewhere and we love it. I try to read when I find the time, I love music to escape or focus, and I enjoy learning and connecting with my inner nerd.
