Stop making your prospects walk away with a bitter taste. 🏃 💨 Jumping from attention to intention too fast doesn’t just hurt conversion rates—it breaks trust. Just because someone signed up for your webinar or clicked around your site doesn’t mean they’re ready to talk to Sales. Attention is not intention.❌ Confuse the two and you lose much more than just leads... Let’s break it down: Attention looks like: • Watching a video • Browsing a few service pages • Clicking a newsletter CTA • Following you on LinkedIn • Signing up for a webinar • Downloading some content Great. Your message landed. That’s a win. But it doesn’t mean they’re ready to talk to Sales, even less to buy. Intention looks like: • A direct contact request  • A “talk to sales” form • A pricing request • A booked demo • A product sheet download • A real conversation at an event That’s when they’re in-market. That’s when we’ve earned the right to shift gears. So until then: 👉 Stop forcing the funnel. 👉 Start meeting people where they are. Better experience. Better conversions. Better marketing. Attention ≠ Intention. The sooner we align on that, the better for everyone.🧡 #marketing #b2b #buyerjourney

It’s time we stop pretending working parents have it all together. Let’s be honest—being a working parent often feels impossible, and no one talks about it enough. The juggling act. The "invisible" load. The constant balancing between client calls, navigating a new phase in your child’s growth, deadlines and daycare pickups. Yes, everyone has their own challenges, But parents carry their child’s worries too. Their health, their emotions, their future. On top of their own. And with that, comes the pressure of sometimes having to make life-changing decisions on their behalf. Last week, I had to take time off again—5th time in a month. This time, both my child and I were sick—and to top it off, my child had two little accidents (thankfully nothing serious). I lost over 41 hours of work in one month (and that’s just my share—my wife and I split the time, and let's not forget to say thanks to mummo & vaari 🙏 ). But you know what? By being open with my clients, I found support. By choosing honesty over hiding, I was met with empathy. And with that came the space I needed to recharge—so I can come back fully present. Because if we keep pushing through without pause, if we rush to catch up without healing fully, we burn out in every role: at work, at home, and in ourselves. So here’s to all the working parents. The multitaskers. The everyday heroes. The ones doing their best with what they’ve got, much too often at the end of a tightrope. I see you. I feel you. You are doing amazing. Prioritize your wellbeing and your family’s. Be unapologetic about it. The right people—clients, colleagues, friends—will understand. And stay. With love, Rémy 🧡

What if I told you the number one search engine was never Google? And it’s not ChatGPT either... It’s always been… your own mind. Think about it! Whenever you have a question, you first ask yourself. Only then do you turn to external sources for answers. Yesterday, we had the pleasure of hosting Chris Godwin and Aoife Macken from LinkedIn at our office to dive into the latest platform insights. There were many great takeaways 🙏 but this one struck me the most. Because it’s so simple. And yet… one of the biggest missed opportunities. 🤷 Being top of mind will always outperform going viral! Every. Single. Time. So next time you're planning your strategy — keep that in mind. It’s never too late to invest in your personal brand or thought leadership. And if you're unsure where to start… You know where to find me ;) #linkedin #thoughtleadership
