I left my corporate banking job in 2021. I felt fed up, overwhelmed and exhausted. And I wanted out. I spent the next 2 years exploring why so many people today feel so overwhelmed and delving into where happiness & fulfilment really come from. I came to see how our own thinking is often getting in the way of living the rich, authentic and meaningful lives we crave. And how it’s 100% possible to step into a more peaceful and joy-filled way of living without changing anything in the outside world - including our jobs. With this understanding in my toolkit, I decided to go back to my old job! Alongside my job, I share what I've learnt through my coaching and my writing.
