Audits shouldn’t feel like hostage negotiations.
 But Bob’s calendar was held for ransom.
 

Bob is the Quality Manager at a large Victorian construction company.

Good operator. Calm under pressure.
 The kind of person who keeps projects moving while everyone else argues over emails.

Yet every year, one thing broke him.
The audit.

Not the audit itself. The scheduling.

Emails bounced back like a bad tennis match.
