J'ai passé 2 ans à calculer le ROI de mon produit... 📊 Jusqu'à ce que je réalise l'erreur que tout le monde fait. La vérité brutale ? Le nombre d'utilisateurs actifs ne veut rien dire si personne ne paie. Le chiffre d'affaires sans coût d'acquisition, c'est du vent. Voici comment calculer ton LTV/CAC comme un pro : Pour le LTV : Revenue moyen par client × Durée de vie moyenne Exemple : 50€/mois × 24 mois = 1200€ LTV Pour le CAC : Coût marketing + ventes ÷ Nombre de nouveaux clients Exemple : 10 000€ ÷ 25 clients = 400€ CAC Ton ratio : 1200€ ÷ 400€ = 3:1 (minimum acceptable) 💡 Le truc en plus ? Track ça mensuellement, pas annuellement. Ça te permet d'ajuster avant que ce soit trop tard. 🚀 Depuis que j'applique cette méthode... Je prends des décisions basées sur des données concrètes. J'ai vu tellement d’équipes s'effondrer en 15 ans. Voici le seul point commun que j'ai trouvé : Il n'y a pas de long term success sans une forte culture. Ton équipe est ta fondation...  Et si ta fondation est fragile, tout s'écroule. J'ai vécu le bad management de plein fouet. Ma première boîte ? J'étais simple teammate dans une équipe talentueuse.  En réalité ? J'ai vu cette équipe se désintégrer sous mes yeux. Pourquoi ? Le leadership était toxique.  Chacun survivait dans son coin.  Aucune vision partagée par le management. Aucun respect pour les équipes.  Aucune culture, juste de la pression. En tant que simple teammate, j'ai vu les dégâts. Des talents exceptionnels qui partaient un à un. Des projets qui échouaient par manque de cohésion. Une ambiance de travail devenue toxique. C'est là que j'ai compris quelque chose de fondamental... Tu peux avoir la meilleure stratégie du monde. Mais sans culture, c'est du vent. La culture, c'est ce qui reste quand tu n'es pas là. C'est comment ton équipe réagit sous pression. C'est la façon dont elle prend des décisions difficiles. C'est ce qui la fait tenir ensemble quand tout va mal. Maintenant, je passe 60% de mon temps à cultiver cette culture. Des rituels simples mais puissants :  → Des célébrations d'échecs (oui, tu as bien lu)  → Des débriefs sans jugement chaque vendredi  → Des moments informels pour se connaître vraiment Le résultat ? Mon équipe actuelle traverse les tempêtes comme si c'était une brise d'été. Ils s'entraident naturellement. Ils osent prendre des risques. Ils grandissent ensemble. I spent 8 years chasing PM perfection. Here's what I learned when I finally stopped: Back when it was scrappy, unclear, and mostly about solving real problems. No frameworks, no vanity metrics, no playbooks to "signal" you're doing it right. Now that Product has gone mainstream, we've layered it with complexity. So much content, so many methods, so much pressure to perform the role... That sometimes, we forget to do the work. We read more, post more, "position" ourselves more. But here's what I've noticed... There's a moment every product leader eventually hits. A quiet realization that changes everything: "I know enough. It's time to cut through the noise and build." - You stop chasing perfect. - You start asking better questions. - You stop playing product. - You start leading product. I remember when I first felt this shift... I was drowning in best practices, frameworks, and "expert" opinions. Then one day, a customer called with a simple problem. No fancy methodology could solve it. Just listening. Understanding. Building something that worked. That's when it clicked for me. Knowing is good. But clarity is better. And clarity usually comes after the noise. The real magic happens when you stop trying to be the "perfect" product person. And start being the product person your users actually need. Mais ça reste vide pour 99% des business people. Ils veulent savoir une chose : Comment on économise du temps ou on fait plus d'argent ? La prochaine fois, essaie ça : ❌ "On optimise notre funnel d'acquisition" ✅ "On augmente nos ventes de 20%" ❌ "On améliore notre Product-Market Fit" ✅ "On trouve plus de clients qui payent" ❌ "On travaille sur l'engagement utilisateur" ✅ "On fait revenir nos clients plus souvent" Le "Product", c'est juste une façon de mesurer ce qui compte vraiment. Ce matin, j'ai posté un article avec une image... 🤖 LinkedIn m'a directement signalé "contenu IA généré". Première réaction ? Plutôt une bonne nouvelle pour la transparence ! Mais ça me fait réfléchir sur ce qui arrive... Les chiffres parlent d'eux-mêmes : 73% du contenu LinkedIn sera généré par IA d'ici 2025 Les vidéos deepfake augmentent de +900% chaque année Seulement 12% des utilisateurs savent identifier du contenu IA 📊 La vraie question ? Comment on va faire avec les vidéos qui arrivent à grands pas ? Veo 3, Sora, Runway, Pika... la qualité devient bluffante. Mon point de vue : Cette détection automatique, c'est juste le début. Dans 6 mois, on aura besoin de watermarks obligatoires sur TOUT contenu généré. 💡 Parce que la confiance, une fois perdue... C'est 10x plus dur à récupérer qu'à construire. 🚀 L'authenticité devient notre nouveau super-pouvoir. Et ça, l'IA ne peut pas encore le remplacer ! #IA #AI

En 2025, la terminologie Produit ne signifie toujours rien pour la plupart des dirigeants. Et pourtant, nous continuons à l'utiliser en réunion, étonnés de voir nos initiatives rejetées. 🤦‍♂️ Après avoir dirigé des équipes produit chez Nike, IKEA et maintenant Salomon, j'ai compris: Le Product Management, c'est simplement du Business Management sous un autre nom. Chez Nike, je n'ai jamais présenté des "fonctionnalités"... J'ai montré comment notre outil e-commerce: - Augmentait la fidélisation client de 45% - S'étendait à 10 nouveaux marchés En développant le business chez IKEA, j'ai mis l'accent sur: - La réduction du temps de résolution de 15 à 2 minutes - Une contribution de 2,4 milliards € d'économies opérationnelles Les dirigeants se fichent de votre roadmap produit. Ils s'intéressent à: - La croissance du chiffre d'affaires - La réduction des coûts - L'expansion du marché Ma méthode simple: 1. Traduire les initiatives produit en indicateurs business 2. Quantifier l'impact avec des chiffres réels 3. Relier les fonctionnalités aux objectifs stratégiques Votre PDG ne comprend pas les "story points". Product jargon is the 1st reason why you don't sell your product idea to your managers. I've made the same mistake at IKEA until I realized... Product Management is just Business Management by another name. At Nike, I never pitched "product features"... I showed executives how our e-commerce tool: - Increased customer retention by 45% - Expanded to 10 new markets When implementing AI at IKEA, I focused on: - Reducing resolution times from 15 to 2 minutes - Contributing to €2.4B in operational savings Business leaders don't care about your product roadmap. They care about: - Revenue growth - Cost reduction - Market expansion My simple framework: 1. Translate product initiatives into business metrics 2. Quantify with real numbers (€, %, time) 3. You should lead by fear. You have to be an a**hole to be a good leader. Forget about being nice, you're not their friend! I don't recall one of these type of individuals being leaders. What I do remember are the ones who made me feel safe, seen, and empowered. The ones who crafted a culture, not just managed people. At IKEA, I once inherited a demotivated cross-functional team—burned out, under pressure, and with zero trust left in the process. I didn’t start with KPIs or Jira tickets. I started with people. We rebuilt team rituals, clarified ownership, and made space for honesty. One person told me after a few weeks: “It feels like we’re allowed to breathe again.” Productivity followed. So did velocity. And trust? It became the default. Leadership is not about control—it's about creating conditions where people want to bring their best. Want a high-performing team? Craft the culture first.
