Under general supervision, the Project Coordinator will work with our Implementation Lead to deliver successful implementations of our Axiom EHR software.

I am excited about my new position at HiMS. I came from the I.T. and network side of things to expand my knowledge and career growth when it comes to Software Deployment and Management. 

I work closely with our customers on new implementations in my Project Manager Role,  I also get a wide variety of other technical work accomplished as well. 

[+] I oversee and manage our ticketing system, from design to automation to ticket flow

[+] I empower our customers through data analytics and dashboards, allowing them to have greater transparency into what we are working on with them. 

[+] I get in the trenches with our development team to solve some of our toughest customer issues. I rely on their expertise, but I get to collaborate and grow my knowledge of software development with them.

[+] I work with our Tier 1 Team (They are awesome FYI :) ). I work on solving their tickets faster through automation. I sit with them to understand any kind of ticket flow issues or breakdowns in ticket management. 

[+] I have a lot of fun :). I get to work on an awesome team that is devoted to truly helping our customers while also devoted to enjoying what we do! It makes work ALL THAT more enjoyable.

Customer Success - Tech T2

Spent a little over 3 years leveling up infrastructure and automation.

Around 1 year into the job I received the title of Network Engineer Jr. I managed and oversaw Fortigates in a MAN, WAN and LAN Scenario for our customers.

Keep Accomplishments: 
[+] Implemented an Automated Software Distribution Process. Deployed over 100,000 + Packages and Patches Yearly

[+] Formalazied our Project Development and Rollout process. Enabling our department to scale from 20 projects yearly to 30+ (Software Deployment, Server Replacement, Others)

[+] Worked with the team to move 500 PC's to a Brand New AD and Exchange Server in a 3 Day Weekend. 

[+] Between Software deployments and Automation we were able to reduce a customer's yearly ticket average from 5,200 to 1,800 tickets. We did this by identifying root issues and prioritizing the tasks to complete.

I worked part-time as an IT consultant helping the school with: 

[+] Workstation deployment
[+] Server management,
[+] System design, and various software based services.
[+] Additionally I helped the school over the summer roll out a school wide intercom and announcement system.

[+] Worked on implementing various system improvement projects including: Ticketing portal, documentation, team collaborative software, full system network monitoring, Access database, rapid software deployment, and many others. 
	
[+] Worked on helpdesk ticket request for various needs ranging from: email, account, software troubleshooting, programming help, website design, general IT consultations. 

[+] Setup a documentation system for documenting servers, workstations, support, and general workflow management. Also created a system to pull out the top documentation reported into a single report that is sent in to the Director at the end of the week.
 
[+] Performed server maintenance, custom server builds, and upgrades. Experience ranging from: building servers, upgrading components, updating BIOS and OS, designing roles and integration planning with other servers.
