I make 7 figures working 3 hours a day.

I say this to share with you the 6 mistakes I made so you can get there sooner:

If you don’t enjoy calls you don’t have to do them. 
 
People respect (and some actually like it more) when you sell with text.

There’s Offer Suites and then there’s Offer Shells.

Offer Suites allow you to have many things to sell.

Usually it’s something like a Course + Community + Program.

When I used an Offer Suite I got paid from each but I had to split my attention among them.

Course needed to be updated.

Then the Community required my attention.

Then the Program needed my help.

My efforts to improve my Offer Suite were always split by a third.

That changed with an Offer Shell:

An Offer Shell is an offer designed so that an improvement in one level of your offer affects all levels of your offers.

Example:

I host Workshops for a one-time fee.

Then people can upgrade if they want more help for a Weekly fee.

Then upgrade if they want more help for a higher Weekly fee.

It’s not 3 offers.

It’s just 1 offer with varying levels of access:

A) Workshop

B) Workshop + Access

C) Workshop + Extended Access

Let’s say all I did for the entire week is make sure that the Workshop was good.

It doesn’t just benefit the Workshop Customer.

It also benefits people at the higher Weekly Fee levels as well.

And everyone above that.

My effort wasn’t divided by a third.

It’s multiplied by 3.

I'd much rather use Shells than Suites because Suites divide your impact.

Shells multiply it.

Personal win today.

The way I structured my business allowed me to rekindle some interests I put off.

Running was one of those.

Today I decided to test myself on the treadmill and I ran my first half marathon.

Time: 2 hours 7 minutes.
Calories: 1700.
Feeling: Proud.

I was supposed to open Cash Creators today.

But to keep it ethical, I won't.

The Cash Creator spots usually take a few weeks to fill up but this April something interesting happened:

The invite didn't even make it to most people's inboxes because the Waitlist took up all the spots before they went public.

A few months ago I couldn't believe this was going to be my reality.

I was so busy trying to book calls and making sure I got more leads.

Constantly chasing.

Constantly guessing.

Constantly stressed.


Today I don't even do calls.

I sell with a Google Doc.

I get all my clients inbound.

I haven't sent a single outbound DM in 7 months.

I only have one VA.

I have one offer with 95% profit margins.

Which I sell with one email a day that takes me 20 minutes to write.

And I dedicate the other 2 hours and 40 minutes to helping clients and crafting workshops.

Those are the inputs.

The outputs are $110,000 added in MRR to my business in 7 months.

And filling the April spots before the month began.

(With less than 3 hours of work per day).

Don't assume malice.

My clients have stuff going on in their lives.

Things break.

People come and go.

And I know the last thing they're thinking about is me.

So when an inconvenience happens I never assume malice.

Client payment doesn't go through?

Didn't reply?

Haven't heard back from them in a while?

I don't assume malice.

Instead I just assume that they have stuff going on and ask.

Often people just forgot or are busy that day.

Then we fix the problem and that's the end of it.

My clients won't want to talk if I come in guns blazing and remind them about tHeIr cOmmiTmeNt tO tHE prOgRAm.

And neither will yours.

So don't assume malice.

Just have a normal conversation and you'll realize that things are never as complex as you think.

There are ways to reduce churn, get clients to pay and have a more enjoyable business.

Assuming malice is not one of them.

He was pretty much in, but he wanted to see the full details.

And I sent him the wrong link.

(Like I often do).

Fortunately, he didn't care:

Complex Businesses vs. Simple Businesses: Which one do you actually want?

I’ve done Complex and I've done Simple.

Ran a team of 15 people.

Had an infrastructure that cost me 59k per month to maintain.

Spent $9,000 a month on a media team.

Complex.


Today I run a 7 figure businesses with 3k per month in costs with one philosophy:

Simple.


Most of my business has come from a select few Simple Sales practices:

1. Sell with a google doc (a tool everyone has access to.)
2. Cap my client spots so that I don't burn out from client work.
3. Close doors when they're full so I can shift my attention to the clients inside.
4. Have a waitlist I tap if someone churns.
5. When I'm done helping one cohort, I open another one.
6. Rinse and repeat until I reach my Freedom Number ($100k/month profit).

This business does not include setters, closers, ads, sales calls or more than two people ever.

Not because I don’t want to.

But because I don’t need to.


I thought I needed complex:

"You need the big team."

"You need to put out volume."

"You need to have the right infrastructure."

When in reality Simple suits me much better:

Not a big team. But a lean team.

Not volume. But signal.

Not the right infrastructure. But the right business model.


Cash Creators don’t want to be famous.

We want to be rich.

We want a lean, highly profitable business.

And reach our Freedom Number without working more than 3 hours a day.

And for that, Simple will do.

I believe in God even though I can’t see him.

Everyone else, show me the metrics:

Metrics like lead nurturing, indoctrination, trust and goodwill mean nothing to a Cash Creator.

It’s not that they’re irrelevant.

They have their use if you’re a bigger company like Coca Cola or you sell private jets.

But if you're reading this you probably don't.

You sell $1k-$10k packages.

You have to play a different game.

Take lead nurturing for example.

Everyone in your industry tells you it's important.

I've found the opposite to be the case:


I "nurtured" Carlo for two years before he became a client.

Sent him daily emails barely making a “soft pitch”.

531 days later he signed up.

(That’s not an exaggeration. He actually mentioned I sent him 531 emails.)

I love Carlo.

But I hate waiting 531 days to close people.

So I changed the approach with Jay:


I was very clear about the fact that I make daily offers on email.

He was cool with it.

I made an offer on a Monday.

He took one of the last Cash Creator spots for $250/week the next day.

And bought a higher tier package I have only for clients for $13,200 a few minutes later.

When you nurture leads, like with Carlo, you get uncomfortable results with comfortable excuses.

It somehow feels "ok" to not get sales because you tell yourself that you're playing the long game.

But there's a very thin line between "𝘱𝘭𝘢𝘺𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘭𝘰𝘯𝘨 𝘨𝘢𝘮𝘦" and "𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘬𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘰𝘯 𝘱𝘰𝘪𝘯𝘵𝘭𝘦𝘴𝘴 𝘴𝘵𝘶𝘧𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘥𝘰𝘦𝘴𝘯'𝘵 𝘮𝘰𝘷𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘯𝘦𝘦𝘥𝘭𝘦".


When you make more offers, like with Jay, you have a black and white answer whether your marketing is working or not.

Black and white answers are brutal and that’s why most people can’t take them.

But Cash Creators love them because they tell us the truth.

They don't create problems.

They create decisions:

If they sell, great.

Let's do more of them.

If they don't sell, great.

Now we can stop wasting our time here.

Like Harriet, who only had 9 workshop sales in January but attacked the problem and got 16 this time around.

Or Nic, who did sales calls for years and now transitioned to Google Doc and closed his first client without a call.

Or Kat, who struggled with articulating the value of her offer but after fixing that she got her first 2 paid in full clients with 300 followers.

Offers make people uncomfortable because they can’t take the truth.

Cash Creators love the truth because it gives us clarity on our best next steps.

The truth may hurt.

But it will always hurt less than not making money.

It's not supposed to be chaotic.

I took a vacation and I wasn't glued to my phone.

And not gonna lie: it felt... off.

It felt off to not have chaos going on:

Constant leads to chase.

Client fires and the stress of HAVING to post.

But I had to remind myself that it's not supposed to be chaotic.

Businesses are meant to serve clients.

But they're meant to serve the owner too

I structured mine so that I could turn the dial up or down depending on what I choose to do.

Not what I have to do.

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐈 𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐬𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐝𝐨.

A few days before coming I chose to have a blank calendar.

I chose to book a trip to Cyprus on a random Thursday.

I chose what hotel I wanted and which suite I would like the most.

And in the entire weekend,

I got around 10 messages from clients asking for help (which took me less than 30 minutes to respond on my phone).

No chaos.

Calm.

Thanks to a good Weekly Recurring Revenue Model that serves both clients and you as the owner.

The Weekly Recurring Revenue Model feels a little "off" at first because it requires going against our entrepreneurial instinct of always being in "Go Mode".

Yet it spits weekly recurring revenue without:

- Sales calls.
- Chasing leads.
- Outbound DMs.
- Big teams (You and maybe one VA will do).
- Forcing yourself to record video content.
- Creating stuff that doesn't align with you.
- Working with clients you don't want to work with.
- More than 3 hours of work a day.
- You doing more than 2 group calls a week.
- The stress and anxiety that comes from starting at zero every month.

It works by getting you paid in 3 ways:

𝐏𝐚𝐢𝐝 𝐖𝐞𝐞𝐤𝐥𝐲: With a recurring offer paying you $100-$250/week per client that gets people through the doors. And we bolt in one higher-end offer paying you $400-$750/week per client in the backend with stuff you already have.

𝐏𝐚𝐢𝐝 𝐓𝐨 𝐑𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧: When done right, you can retain your clients with 2 pieces of work per month. You won’t need to create more “stuff”. It’s much easier (and profitable) to use the stuff you have laying around already.

𝐏𝐚𝐢𝐝 𝐈𝐧 𝐅𝐮𝐥𝐥: A client in motion stays in motion. If they paid once they’re willing to pay more. It’s not uncommon for your $100-250/week client to turn into a $2,000-$8,000 offer sale if you have the right touchpoints.

As Cash Creators we don't do more.

We do less, but we do it right.

How to go on vacation and not be glued to your phone:

Let's say you're going on vacation.

Or if you're Marcel, you're going to Thailand.

He wanted 3 weeks off with his wife to rest and disconnect.

But he also wanted to make sure there was money waiting for him when he came back.

Instead of making no offers,

He offered the Waitlist so people could opt in for when he came back.

This was a pattern interrupt to his audience of 1,500 people.

He made himself unavailable.

Which raised his status.

Which turned out to be great for business:

Closing his offer actually made him sell more of the offer.

This is especially important when you’ve made the same offer for a long time and people stopped listening.

Instead of promoting your stuff,

Promote a Waitlist to your stuff.

That way you can create a pattern interrupt and hit the ground running later.

Plus a vacation to a nice sunny place.
Without a Waitlist, vacations can be stressful.

But with a Waitlist, vacations are great for business.

𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐝, 𝐏𝐚𝐭𝐡.

You’re in a dark hallway and there’s a diamond at the end.

Two guides offer to take you to that diamond.

Guide A says “just trust me you’ll get there.”

Guide B turns his flashlight on and shows you the way.

Guide B sells way more because his offer has a path, not just a promise.


𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐫𝐝, 𝐖𝐡𝐲 𝐍𝐨𝐰 𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐨𝐧

Offers are like iPhones:

Pretty much the same thing every year, but they always have 1 special reason that makes it look new.

Adding a special component (or taking one away) can make any offer look new. 
And people love new.


Cash Creators don’t use calls to get clients.

We use text, good offers and a good system.

And if you try it once, you just don’t want to go back.

There's an important metric that most people don't even think about.

It's different from leadflow, sales and engagement but it helps them immensely:

It's Audience Respect.

Audience Respect is what makes prospects respond to your offers.

What makes them go from "𝘩𝘰𝘸 𝘪𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘥𝘪𝘧𝘧𝘦𝘳𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘵𝘰 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘨𝘳𝘢𝘮?"

To "𝘋𝘰 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘳𝘰𝘰𝘮 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘢𝘯 𝘦𝘹𝘵𝘳𝘢 𝘤𝘭𝘪𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘮𝘰𝘯𝘵𝘩?"

Audience Respect is ignored because it can't be measured.

But it can be felt:

You know when your Audience Respect needs work.

It's hard to get leads.

And when you do, it's hard to get them through the door.

And when they get through the door, they don't respect your sales process.

Giving a lot but getting little back.

That's one of the clearest tells of low Audience Respect.

It's a horrible situation to be in because as a leader you have to keep giving.

But it's the constant giving that put you in this position.

The solution to low Audience Respect is to add consequence.

Your audience needs to see that you're willing to take things away.

There have to be periods in which they're not able to give you money because this primes them for when they are.

The Cash Creator knows that niceness builds audiences.

But that assertiveness builds businesses.

A client I'll call Andrew had to hustle on the DMs all day and he recently said

The guy only has 300 followers on X.

But they respect him.

And that's why he can close 2 inbound clients with 300 followers while gurus with 30,000 followers can't even get inbound.

Because high Audience Respect makes your life much easier.


There's a way in which you won't lose money even when you lose clients.

And sometimes clients leave.

This used to hit me hard emotionally.

I felt wronged.

Or like they were taking advantage of me.

Today it doesn't affect me emotionally or mathematically.

Because if someone leaves I can ping someone from the Waitlist and fill that spot.

It's The Waitlist that keeps Cash Creators on track to their Freedom Number.

But when done right it means that you don't lose money even when you lose clients.

I made an extra $18,000 from work I was going to do anyway.

($13k offers + $5k recurring revenue).

How it happened:

This week I ran a workshop for the Cash Creators and sold a guest pass to outsiders.

Mentioned that I had 3 spots open if any outsider wanted to join.

Sent the invite with an un-fancy google doc in the Zoom chat.

Held the workshop.

And by the end of the day, all 3 spots were taken.

2 on payment plans,

And someone took a $13,000 option I only offer in private.

Then another ~$4,500 came from recurring payments.

Adding up to a $18,262.50 day.

I'm happier about the time than the amount though:

Preparing the workshop took me 5 hours throughout the week.

Promoting Cash Creators took me ~30 seconds.

And the Workshop lasted 2 Hours.

Meaning that this $18,000 took about 8 hours of work.

(Plus a lot of that will be recurring for the next months to come.)

I'm able to do this with 8 hours of work because I've gained a feel for what grows the business.

So I can do more of it.

And what doesn't.

So I can stop doing it.

I don't make content I don’t want to make.

(I do mostly text and sell with a google doc).

I have less expenses and make less content.

(And I still take more profit home than when I spent $58,000/month on it.)

And I work 3 hours a day max.

(Mostly spent on client work and writing one post per day).

As Cash Creators we run a business, not a show business.

We don't do more than what's necessary.

We can if we want to.

But we structured our business in a way that we simply don't need to.
