•   Lobbied as an undergraduate student on behalf of public universities in the state of Alabama. 

•  Helped to recruit and organize over 2,000 students to march in front of the Alabama State House to increase funding for public universities. 

•  Received the "Advocacy in Action Award" in 2010, which is given each year to the students most furthering the cause of public universities in the state of Alabama.

The Contact Center AI Association Board voted for expansion to 8 more cities in 2026. These are the expansion cities under consideration so far:

Minneapolis

Nashville
Portland
Toronto 
Dallas

We already have meetings in San Francisco, New York City, Atlanta, and Austin.

The Steering Committee will vote to select expansion cities on December 1. 

Please let them know your top picks in the comments. And suggest any cities missing from the list they should consider.

(Side note: We've received requests for meetings in Europe and Asia. Those are likely coming in 2027. Meanwhile, we're expanding virtual options for global participation).
