With over 25 years of experience in the learning and development industry, I am passionate about delivering training solutions that meet the needs of diverse and dynamic organizations. My background in instructional design, certification development, and organizational leadership has enabled me to establish, grow, and strengthen learning organizations for large global SaaS, retail, and manufacturing organizations. I thrive at developing and leading others because I find true joy watching others achieve their professional goals. In 2023, I won a Silver Telly Award in recognition for a course I developed in collaboration with www.flowcess.com to address bullying in the workplace. I've been recognized by Who's Who in America and Who's Who in Professional Women for my contributions in the Learning & Development space and enjoy consulting others and offering helpful content free of charge. I'm due to publish my first book in December of 2023.
