I am a builder. Over the last decade and a half, I have scaled revenue and built high performing sales teams at tech companies. I've overseen the close of more than $100m in annual software revenue. My most recent experience was running the Nordics & Benelux enterprise region at Datadog from its inception 2019, growing the business by more than 100% annually, adding over 60 net new logos, and tripling the team size. I oversaw Benelux being spun out as a separate region and also helped establish the second sales team for the Nordics, winning several regional awards for revenue, net new logos and economy of sales.
