But what I'm really celebrating? Saying out loud the truth everyone ignores.

No cliché. 
Just biology you can actually use 

📍 Protect your dopamine.

Before your period, estrogen drops and so does dopamine.

That flat, unmotivated feeling isn’t failure. It’s chemistry.

Add sunlight, protein, and small wins to keep your brain steady.

📍 Ease in after your period.

Estrogen rises fast, so does the stress hormone. 

That early burst of energy feels great but can tip into burnout.

Start strong, but pace yourself.

📍 Respect your pre-period sensitivity.

You might feel slower, sharper, or more easily overwhelmed and all are valid.

Your brain’s processing shifts here.

Use it to pause, reassess, or adjust what’s draining you.

Menstruation is not a superpower.
Your symptoms are signals, asking you to pay attention to something like a CEO would.

A woman told me her healthcare provider's first response to her endometriosis diagnosis
"Do you have a boyfriend? You should get a boyfriend."

Not about her pain. Not about treatment. A boyfriend.

I'm not creating content. 
I'm creating correction.


Last year, overwhelmed with my period symptoms, a doctor looked at me and said: "Just get pregnant. So you'll escape it."

The solution I was offered wasn't treatment. 
It was disappearance.

But I didn't get pregnant. 
I got furious. Then curious.

I learned and researched. I paid attention. I had conversations.

I found the answers the system didn't give me. 
Not because they didn't exist, but because no one thought I was worth the explanation.

Now I'm building the FEMME Health Companion.

FEMME is the emotionally intelligent, body-literate support system that should have existed when I was suffering.

It's for the woman who's been told: 
"You're overreacting" (while she's falling apart) 
"Just be strong" (while her hormones are screaming)

I refuse to let another woman hear "just get pregnant" when what she deserves is to be seen, heard, and helped as herself.

✅ Women need honesty about how chaotic hormones can feel.

✅ Women need care that doesn’t come with shame or guilt. 

✅ Women need language for what their bodies are trying to say.

✅ Women need peace more than perfection.

We’re not broken.
We’re just tired of performing wellness for a world that keeps moving the goalpost.

Real health starts when the performance stops.

And that’s why the FEMME Health Companion exists.

I normally don't start with the exam prep guide (I mean where you find the info on what the exam covers)

because it gets me overwhelmed when I don't know half of what it says.

But I use it as a compass once I know I've covered the major subjects from the Official exam prep plan.

I don't take notes, waste of time and energy, I prefer to review the same subject using different approaches until I grasp it.

Anyways the important subjects are deliberately repeated as you read. 

I summarise and detect what is the most important aspect of what I read.

I don't try to remember everything, it's impossible, but I ended up knowing most of the services use cases with exposure rather than memorising.
