Try and re-introduce yourself every few months.

Your old connections NEVER remember what you do anyways. 

And it's a great way to stay top of mind.

I used to throw everything at the wall 

Just random acts of content 😏

Hoping something would stick 

But now, my approach is different. 

Today, I focus on what resonates 

If you're struggling to share content here . . .

Especially if you've not posted in a while, review your post history. 

Look for the content that got your followers talking. 

I don't mean posts that got the most likes. 

I'm talking about the content that generated genuine comments. 

Review those posts, and reverse engineer them. 

8️⃣ Steps to a content system 👇

1. What time of the day did you share the post ?

2. What day of the week did you share the post ? 

3. Was the first sentence (the hook) "scroll-stopping" ?

4. Did the post divide opinion ?  

5. Perhaps it helped someone ?  

6. Did you include a CTA ? 

7. Dump the posts into ChatGPT. . 

8. Then ask GPT for the writing framework 

Now take all that information, create a posting framework

Review what's working, and do more of what's working . . .

I am completely jazzed to reveal what I’ve been working on: Chiri.

Jazzed is the perfect term. My partners and brothers Mat and Dustin and I coined our leadership “jazz” in our last go round.

A weight has just been lifted! However . .

12 months ago, things felt very different

I was spinning plates, way too many plates. 

My full time job became content creation

And that was NEVER the plan . . 

Not with a startup that needed my attention 😥

Eventually I had to take time out 

I took a whole year off to reset ⏱️

Today, things are very different

I no longer feel overwhelmed 

Now, I spend 5mins a week on content

I've reclaimed my evenings and weekends

My monthly calendars are created in 40 secs

The content speaks to my target customer's pain

With actionable steps to help address their pain.

I stopped saying YES to every client

5 years ago I wasted money on marketing 😢

- I didn't have an ideal target customer

- I was just happy to have a clients

- my marketing was vague 

and It cost me.

Now I do things differently.

I niche down early to focus ONLY on the customers with the problem I solve.

Honestly, it's been liberating. 

💯 my biggest shift in 5 years. . .

I've stopped trying to please everyone. 

And AI research has been at the core of this shift.

Most small business owners run vertical agnostic services

They say YES to every client making it super hard to do any marketing

(essentially where I was 5 years ago)

But I'm going to change that. . . . 👇

This example works great for a video service company with a few customers. 

But you can change it to make it work for you.
