A high-volume B2B2C marketing agency now operating with 150% more capacity and efficiency than before. • Utilized a combination of Salesforce and Pardot reporting, direct feedback from partners, and continuous process improvement to achieve an average of 4-6% MoM partner SQL growth at Verified First, a SaaS company currently valued at $30M+. Results? Knocked Q3 2021 out of the park with 577 SQLs and $4.5M added to the Sales pipeline. • Built and engineered the execution of Verified First's first-ever ABM program by collaborating closely with PRMs, PMMs, Sales Leaders, and Customer Success Leaders to identify target mutual accounts and develop actionable go-to-market strategies. Result? By providing value-driven experiences to our key prospects, these events averaged $55K in Sales pipeline contributions. • Reimagined Verified First's partner engagement strategy by creating a comprehensive, 23-step co-marketing playbook as well as the full kit and caboodle of automated drip emails to accompany it (plus a complete overhaul of Verified First's PRM, Magentrix)—leading to a 30%+ increase in partner engagement. • Brought Videomaker to life by planning and executing 5 in-person networking events in major cities like San Francisco, Chicago, and NYC with industry-leading partners like Sony, Panasonic, LaCie, and Sennheiser. Result? By utilizing out-of-the-box marketing strategies, I got well over 100 attendees to show up in cities Videomaker had minimal presence in prior to the event. • Established baseline reporting for Videomaker's subscription model and iterated on A/B testing to improve subscriber retention, reduce churn, and increase new memberships by an average of 2-5% MoM.
