•	Automated event scheduling, contracting, and invoicing processes for a 360 photo booth business, resulting in streamlined operations and increased productivity.
•	Implemented automated booking and email sequencing for a local photography business, enhancing customer experience and retention.
•	Acted as Part-Time Business Manager for a post-construction cleaning company, driving improvements in project management and organization through the implementation of ClickUp and creation of bi-weekly payroll reporting and monthly general labor invoices.
•	Assisted in the hiring process of new teammates and worked on special projects to improve compliance with vendors.
•	Served as Fractional COO for a SaaS startup, leading project and operations management and providing guidance for overall company strategy. Managed the company's LinkedIn account, resulting in a tripled following within two months.
•	Continuously enhanced skillset in marketing, sales, and networking to successfully grow the business from inception.

- Managed a direct team of 17 people including Project Managers, Supervisors, Associate Project Managers, and Project Coordinators
- Stood up a process and a team focused on revenue assurance, bringing in an additional $10M of services revenue over the span of a year
- Facilitated process improvement, training, and communication for our Pre-Construction Services division of ~300 employees
- Partnered cross-functionally to solve process issues, develop new ideas, and ensure alignment.
- Owned the intake and oversight of new processes, automation, training, and communication requests and was the division's process SME.
- Created and documented a number of new processes that have increase revenue, launched new products, and saved thousands of team member hours.

Process and System Enhancement Manager

- Managed process innovation initiatives across the enterprise that dealt with cross-functional changes
- Managed an initiative that focused on automating data and documents from our internal portal into our clients portal via an API (application programming interface) saving thousands of resource hours and improving the customer delivery experience
- Acted as Business Process Manager for one of our largest clients participating in national meetings, updating processes to accommodate the client's requests, and ensuring internal team members understood the processes to deliver

Process Innovation Project Manager

- Led 300-400 projects from application development to construction
- Served as the primary point of contact for our client in 3 markets and became a subject matter expert in the customer's systems.
- Trained internal partners and documented processes to assist with project handoffs.
- Proposed and implemented an Interim Project Manager Process in the event someone had to immediately take over a project.
- Was #1 in data forecasting accuracy for the West Area
- Bridged our communication gaps during the pandemic by taking the initiative to deploy Teams as a communication tool. We launched monthly "Learning Cafes" and "Coffee Chats" to facilitate collaboration and connection.

Project Manager - Client Project Delivery

- Acted as the main point of contact for reporting and data analytics for the West Area Operations Team.
- Identified reporting needs and ensured accurate data was provided while sharing financial information with leadership teams.
- Provided training and communication to end users for revenue recognition policy changes and updates to financial forecast tools.
- Developed a monthly metrics package that established KPIs for targeted roles and enabled clearer insight into project performance with a progress report tracker.

Area Senior Financial Analyst and Interim West Area Program Manager

- Was the primary point of contact in Accounting for our West Area Operations team and department SME in Microsoft Excel
- Prepared documentation and training for drop & swap/tower relocation processes
- Provided reporting to management and area partners to assist with their analysis of our pre-construction revenue recognition process.
- Recipient of the Crowning Achievement Innovation Award - received for building an excel/reporting template that assisted in the creation of sales orders and resulted in an estimated timesaving of 30%.

As a firm believer in working smarter, not harder, I've dedicated my career to uncovering better ways of doing things. My journey began with a pivotal Excel challenge that sparked my passion for process improvement and system optimization. From mastering data analytics to navigating project management, each step was driven by a relentless pursuit of efficiency.

Collaboration and curiosity have been the cornerstones of my career, leading to a managerial role in a national support team. Here, I honed my skills in process improvement, automation, communication, training, and revenue assurance. After a decade in the corporate arena, I embarked on a new chapter, founding LoveVenture Solutions in September 2023.

My mission is clear: to empower business owners with the insights and strategies honed through years of corporate experience. I've spearheaded transformations, managed teams, and, notably, unlocked over $11M in revenue. Now, I bring this wealth of knowledge to businesses, helping them streamline operations and drive growth.

Beyond the business realm, I'm an avid runner chasing the goal of completing a half marathon in all 50 states. With two playful dogs by my side, I find joy in reading, playing softball, and, most importantly, exploring new horizons in efficiency and growth.
