As an Engagement Manager I act as the General Contractor for complex, non-standard solutions to Customer requirements. 

Being successful at my position requires engaging the appropriate resources, whether that be internal or external to AT&T, crafting a design, generating price, developing proposals and quotes, and working directly with Sales teams to present a finished product to the Client. 

We also create and negotiate contracts, working directly with AT&T Legal, as needed. 

We provide purchase orders as required upon contract signature, and work with Project Managers, either internal or external to AT&T during the planning and deployment phase. 

Upon completion, EM's submit all approval invoicing; if necessary, we will continue to work with internal teams to craft new Supplier agreements (master or temporary).
