From Restaurant Industry to launching a lead gen agency that was acquired to now running the #1 LinkedIn Ads Agency - story below 👇 From serving over 1,000 clients in 30+ countries with my first company, Linknlearn, to navigating two acquisitions in 2024, my journey has been anything but ordinary. Starting in the restaurant industry, I had a hunger for something more (pun intended). I turned to LinkedIn to look for opportunities and took an aggressive approach to expanding my network and creating content around my journey and goals. I discovered LinkedIn's potential to open doors, from job offers to investment opportunities. I was able to snag an investment opportunity to become a part owner of a small restaurant franchise building it from the ground up and running things while the investor put up the money. I was hooked on the power of LinkedIn and was looking to help others tap into it in my free time. This led to a side hustle that quickly evolved into a full-scale business, helping companies leverage LinkedIn for lead generation. I turned to Upwork ( a freelance site) for side projects and to get initial experience. I quickly started to make a name for myself and climb the rungs there till I became the #1 ranked LinkedIn expert on Upwork. From there, I launched a $500 website to be more "official" and built an international agency that thrived on LinkedIn outreach. In 2021, we were acquired in an all cash majority buy-out and then pivoted to LinkedIn Ads. Today, I'm focused on scaling Impactable with a fractional marketing team model, offering startups the expertise they need to grow without the overhead of a full in-house team. We've been recognized by LinkedIn and invited to attend and speak and their Indie Agency Summit and looking to partner more closely as we build the agency and tech side of our LinkedIn centric business. I'm deeply passionate about marketing and remain committed to continuous learning and testing.
