Customers are not buying as much as they used to before My humble advice: Isn’t it because you are failing to give them a reason to choose your brand over less-priced or better alternatives? I ask this question to every founder, I work with, and 95% of the time their answer is “yes” followed by a series of questions like “So how do we differentiate?”, “Do we need to come up with a new product”, “Do we need to spend more on ads”, “Do we need a new marketing guy” or “Do we need to redo our brand visuals?” (If you are that founder too) Then honestly, you may need to go for one or multiple solutions mentioned up there but as long as you don’t have a strategy that gives you clarity on your “brand differentiator”, then these solutions will never make much difference and you will keep falling into the same trap again & again. But there is a way you can avoid that to become your customer’s only choice brand even if you sell at higher prices.
