I have successfully hired for many diverse positions such as: Pilots, Flight Attendants, Aircraft Cabin Cleaners, Customer Service Agents, Aircraft Maintenance Staff, and Corporate Executive/Leadership roles. I have been labeled a "Top Recruiter" in many of my roles due to having an average of 92% success rate on candidate placements and a very high rate of new hire and current employee retentions! While working at Denver International Airport, I had the honor and credentials of being one of the airports Autorized SIDA Badge Signatories as well as being the point of contact to process U.S. Custom Seal applications with the Department of Homeland Security. I believe that being the first point of contact to a candidate, gives the first impressions of the company. So it's important to be both an advocate and leader to the candidate AND the company.
