Professional podcasts print money. Way more than I thought. How much money could you make if you had 500,000 people hanging on your every word? $50k? $250k? More? I've had this exact question for a long time. So I set out to find the answer. Leading me to a guy named Brien Gearin. Brien is the host of a podcast called Millionaire University. Monthly active listeners: 500,000 He told me exactly how much money he makes each month from his show during our interview. The answer shocked me. You can find the full interview with Brien here:

The quickest way to get your friends/family to hate you: Borrow their money to finance your inventory. I can't believe there are Amazon sellers taking private loans from friends and family to finance growth. It's a horrible deal for both parties for 2 reasons: 1) The investor has 0 security. If you default, what are they going to do? Take back the inventory you bought and sell it for $0.20 on the dollar, if they can sell it at all? They're screwed. 2) The interest rate that would make it a good investment for a private investor would break every usury law. A great loan isn't determined by the return. It's determined by the security. And in this case, the investor has zero security. So to make up for the lack of security, the interest rate would need to be so astronomically high it would be illegal and unprofitable for the borrower. If you want to leverage debt to scale, get a line of credit with a bank. Leave your friends and family out of it.

Hack for putting your SOPs on steroids using AI: 4 steps: 1) Upload them to chatGPT 2) Ask which steps can be automated with AI 3) Ask which AI tools to use 4) Ask for a step-by-step guide of how to implement the new AI automation We're doing this with all our SOPs and I'm shocked at just how much can be automated.

I grew my Amazon sales by $861,842.44. It took 3 minutes of work. Here's the (completely legal) hack: It's called the catch-all auto PPC campaign. It takes less than 3 minutes to set up. Go to the advertising tab in Seller Central and click on Campaign Manager. Click Create Campaign. Choose Sponsored Products. Name the ad group whatever you'd like. Under the Products heading, click "Add all on this page" for each page of products. This will add every product in your inventory to this campaign. Targeting: choose Automatic targeting Automatic Targeting: set default bid to $0.05 Campaign bidding strategy: Fixed bids Settings: Name the campaign whatever you want Set the end date to "no end date" Daily budget: $50 (don't worry, you'll never even come close to hitting the daily budget) Launch Campaign We've been running this exact campaign since September 2020. It took me 3 minutes to set up. I haven't touched it in 4.5 years. It consistently increases monthly revenue by about 10%. I just hit 9,000 YouTube subscribers. I posted 915 videos (including Shorts) to get 9,000 subs. That's less than 10 subs per video on average. Wanted to quit multiple times. The channel didn't really start to pick up steam until the last few months. I feel like YouTube is one of those things where you just show up for a few years straight with very little to show for your efforts. Then one day, boom. Hockey stick growth. I'm not there yet but I think it'll happen within the next 1-3 years. Having fun with it in the meantime.
