It's called the catch-all auto PPC campaign.

It takes less than 3 minutes to set up.

Go to the advertising tab in Seller Central and click on Campaign Manager.

Click Create Campaign.

Choose Sponsored Products.

Name the ad group whatever you'd like.

Under the Products heading, click "Add all on this page" for each page of products.

This will add every product in your inventory to this campaign.

Targeting: choose Automatic targeting

Automatic Targeting: set default bid to $0.05

Campaign bidding strategy: Fixed bids

Settings: 

Name the campaign whatever you want

Set the end date to "no end date"

Daily budget: $50 (don't worry, you'll never even come close to hitting the daily budget)

Launch Campaign

We've been running this exact campaign since September 2020.

It took me 3 minutes to set up.

I haven't touched it in 4 years. 

It consistently increases monthly revenue by about 10%.

It translated to additional revenue of $760,397.12 from 9/2020 - 8/2024.

I cold called a brand.

I changed their mind in under 6 minutes.

The rep who answered the phone was short and to the point.

I found a hack for finding legit wholesale distributors in under 5 seconds.

Here's the secret:

This strategy works best with grocery products.

Try this:

Grab any product in your pantry and look at the label.

Most products have "distributed by XYZ company" in the fine print.

Take a look at this picture.

It's an avocado oil spray I bought from Costco.

They literally list the name of their distributor on the bottle.

Walk into any grocery store and start grabbing products off the shelves, making a note of who their distributors are.

Easy way to identify legit, authorized distributors quickly.

I worked with a great brand 4 years ago. 
 
They fired me in less than 60 days. 
 
And I didn't think it was fair. 
 
But it wasn’t for lack of performance. 
 
The owner wanted to take their Amazon channel in house. 
 
He thought he could make more margin selling the product himself. 
 
He didn't want any third party resellers. 
 
Fast forward 4 years.

This is my entire blueprint for building a profitable business on Amazon. 
 
(simple 5 step system): 
 
𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟭) 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗿𝘀 
 
I use Google to find distributors. 
 
I use SmartScout to find brands. 
 
I target brands that have existing FBA sellers. 
 
My logic: 
 
If other sellers are selling a brand, they're sourcing it profitably from somewhere. 
 
This means I can too. 
 
𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟮) 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗿𝘀 
 
Contacting suppliers is all about positioning. 
 
Suppliers hate Amazon sellers. 
 
But they love serious buyers. 
 
When I'm specific about the brands/products I want to buy, they're much more likely to do business with me. 
 
𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟯) 𝗦𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘀 
 
My criteria for winning products: 
 
It must make me $250 (or more) in profit each month. 
 
As long as a product hits this criteria at a 10% margin or better, I buy it. 
 
My average ROI is 25%. 
 
𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟰) 𝗦𝗵𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗹𝗼𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀 
 
Shipping costs can make or break your profitability. 
 
I try to send FTL (full truckload) shipments whenever possible. 
 
FTL is the cheapest and fastest way to get products to Amazon. 
 
SPD (small parcel delivery) is the most common method for newer sellers.

I have 2 VAs (virtual assistants) who run my entire business.

I pay them well ($6-12/hour). 
 
I treat them well (they get vacations and bonuses). 
 
They work hard and stay with me long term as a result (4+ years).

Easiest Way to Scale

If the deal looks too good to be true, it is.

I learned this the hard way.

It cost me $6,000.

A few years back I was planning to buy $6,000 worth of videos games to flip on Amazon.

The supplier I was negotiating with seemingly checked all the boxes.

But in hindsight the red flags were obvious.

They had 20+ products with 50% ROI or better.

They had thousands of units available for each product.

And based on the sales velocity we expected to sell hundreds of each product per month on Amazon.

Way too good to be true.

I even asked the sales rep:

“Are these items legit? Are there any issues with them whatsoever? 

Because this pricing is borderline too good to be true.”

He claimed everything was brand new. I’d have no issues.

Turns out, the games were only compatible with Middle Eastern consoles.

They were worthless to US consumers.

We ended up having to eat the entire $6k and donated the games to charity.

Now when I see a deal that seems too good to be true, I run the other way.

There's a killer repricing strategy you've never heard of.

Elite sellers use it to get a competitive advantage.

Here's how it works:

This strategy will add extra profit to your bottom line.

And it's insanely simple.

Introducing:

The Yo-Yo Repricing Method.

First, make sure you have a Max price set in your repricer.

Then follow these steps:

1) set your repricer to jump to your Max price every 3 hours

2) hold it there for 20 minutes

3) revert to regular repricing

This does 2 things:

1) you'll make sales at your max price

2) you'll pull the buy box price up as competitors match your higher price

We have a product that normally sellers for $28.

Our max price is $38.

We'll make multiple sales per day at $38 from the Yo-Yo method.

The repricer I recommend: SellerSnap

I’ve been using them for 4 years.

When I switched to SellerSnap from a different repricer my sales went up by 15% in the first week.
