I'm DEEP in the AI rabbit hole. A cheat code I recently discovered: Upload all your SOPs to chatGPT. Ask it which steps can be automated with AI. The results are incredible. I'm working hard to develop my prompting skills. I recommend others do the same.

I bought WiFi on the flight just so I could talk to ChatGPT the whole time. This is what I made it do: -build me a meal plan for the next 3 weeks based on my macro/calorie goals -add that meal plan to a trackable google sheet + grocery list -give me 10 suggestions for ways we can automate tasks inside the Wholesale Network using no/low code tools -create the exact workflow within n8n for automating those 10 tasks Haven’t even scratched the surface of what AI can do yet.

Professional podcasts print money. Way more than I thought. How much money could you make if you had 500,000 people hanging on your every word? $50k? $250k? More? I've had this exact question for a long time. So I set out to find the answer. Leading me to a guy named Brien Gearin. Brien is the host of a podcast called Millionaire University. I grew my Amazon sales by $861,842.44. It took 3 minutes of work. Here's the (completely legal) hack: It's called the catch-all auto PPC campaign. It takes less than 3 minutes to set up. Go to the advertising tab in Seller Central and click on Campaign Manager. Click Create Campaign. Choose Sponsored Products. Name the ad group whatever you'd like. Under the Products heading, click "Add all on this page" for each page of products. This will add every product in your inventory to this campaign. Targeting: choose Automatic targeting Automatic Targeting: set default bid to $0.05 Campaign bidding strategy: Fixed bids Settings: Name the campaign whatever you want Set the end date to "no end date" Daily budget: $50 (don't worry, you'll never even come close to hitting the daily budget) Launch Campaign We've been running this exact campaign since September 2020. It took me 3 minutes to set up. I haven't touched it in 4.5 years. It consistently increases monthly revenue by about 10%. ❌ "I'm an Amazon seller, I'd like to open a wholesale account." ✅ "I'm the buyer for an eCom retail/distribution operation, we have a few specific products/quantities we're looking to buy. Mind if we send over our order?" Positioning is key.

It's amazing how much money can be made from connecting people who have resources to people who need them. Every time I make a new connection I ask them 2 questions: 1) What do you have? 2) What do you need? Then looking at my list of contacts to see who else could benefit from knowing them. Powerful strategy.
