Her experience includes: • leading a joint programme to remediate a live laboratory in a £1bn NHS Trust after a £340m B2B Services project and dispute. o This enabled the PFI investor, biomedical scientists, medical Consultants, engineers, 30 suppliers, a City Council and a Russell Group university to generate and implement a groundbreaking solution. • delivering pre-deal MDD and post-deal operating reviews of B2B Services portcos for PE investors. o This enabled growth logjams to be rapidly identified and positively resolved. • leading rapid recovery of a B2B Services portco's post-merger integration for a PE investor, addressing: o failing operations - via triage applied to operational crises, client complaints, contract losses, negligence claim, staff walkout, billing, debtors, cost control, sales, marketing o failed UK pilot for £34m EMEA Transformation (15 countries, with UK restructuring and front office outsourcing to India and Poland). • leading groundbreaking commercial risk analysis for a PE B2B Services portco. o This identified a previously unknown -70% risk to target exit valuation, with a window of 4 months until crystallisation. o The Board then led a successful £1bn (10x revenue) exit via secondary buyout – completed in 3 months. • leading recovery of a failing off-shore (India) B2B Services BPO proposition, re-positioning a declining global £300m client segment for highly profitable growth ahead of a merger o Delivered 50% savings to client in a new £3m contract serving Lloyds Bank, tripling margin to 30%. • leading design and pilot UK implementation of a ground-breaking B2B Services Sales/ Marketing/ Finance data integration model o Won CEO funding for and steered the rollout of this post-merger integration solution across 30 offices in 20 countries (4,000 users), creating a new source of competitive advantage.
