Led the implementation of Salesforce CPQ and Salesloft in my first 60 days at Fivetran

Automated 80% of the order form process for the sales users

Build the framework for the Deal Desk Analyst role and served in that function while an FTE was hired

Optimized user experience in Salesforce by role

Developed optimal release process using a tiered approach

Responsible for increasing operational efficiency across one of Epsilons largest global teams.
Working across cross-functional teams to implement tools and process to increase project and program profitability with a target to increase profit margin by 5%.

Operated as the teams Deal Desk Analyst, responsible for SOW's worth 1-10 Million dollars

In addition, I am also responsible for working with Finance and Legal to ensure contract compliance, developing high level relationships with key staff in both departments.
