In charge of the largest Pepsi and Quilmes beer Distributor in GBA Norte (Buenos Aires), with 6000 PoS in charge, 1250 freezers, 19 million anual litres of beer and 11 of soft drinks. I coordinated the sales structure (45 salespeople, 6 supervisors y 1 sales manager).

You believe you can do everything faster yourself. But every hour you spend “just doing it” is an hour stolen from building systems. You aren’t saving money, you’re burning your most valuable resource: scale.

2. You avoid hard conversations until they cost 10x more:

The underperformer you “give one more chance”? The co-founder conflict you keep dodging? You think you’re buying peace, but you’re silently paying in wasted salaries, lost time, and team morale.

The GWC method. Three yes-or-no questions:

If all three are yes, they're good. If even one is no, you have a problem.
