Develop a comprehensive training program for new sales associates. Train all incoming
sales team members. Teach improved processes and mentor team members.
Answer technical and procedural questions for less experienced team members. Support
the sales team in writing proposals and closing contracts.

ContactOut is a tool that enables authentic outreach by providing accurate contact data for the world's best candidates. I have closed multiple large contracts with Fortune 500 companies, and I am the leading revenue closer on the team.

I have a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Oakland University, where I learned how to communicate effectively and persuasively in various contexts and media. I also have a unique and diverse background as a former professional basketball player, having played on four continents, eight countries, and countless teams. This experience has taught me how to work with and adapt to different cultures, social systems, and religious upbringings, and how to thrive in a competitive and dynamic environment.

I am passionate about learning, improvement, and collaboration, and I enjoy being part of a team that shares these values. I am confident in working alone, but I also appreciate the help and input of others. I am ambitious, motivated, and driven by the goals and vision of the company and the customers I serve.
