Pre-seed startup - funded/built SaaS platform that reduced video creation cost by 50%, targeting global brand marketers in leisure and hospitality.

Responsible for business ideation and value proposition development, overseeing MVP build and beta launch, building GTM strategy and customer acquisition. Pitched and closed paid global beta project with Mandarin Oriental, May 2021. Grew pipeline from zero to £1M+ within 18 months.
