Most "best practices" are actually holding you back from building something exceptional. The 'conventional wisdom' is just that... conventional. If you want to build competitive moat and real alpha, you need to think from first principles about every part of your GTM engine. 

We took Owner from $2M to $50M+ ARR and unicorn status in 3 years by deliberately breaking the rules:
⛓️‍💥 Our managers spend 3+ hours daily coaching (not in meetings, actually sitting with reps)
⛓️‍💥 We hired a senior RevOps leader when we had 6 salespeople
⛓️‍💥 Our enablement, data and RevOps teams would seem overstaffed to most
⛓️‍💥 XDRs are 5 days in office while Sr. AE's work from anywhere. It's not one size fits all
⛓️‍💥 We use AI for boring data work, not shiny tools
⛓️‍💥 We found that case study interview scores inversely correlate with performance

The uncomfortable truth? This works for us but it might not work at all for your business, in your industry and with your customer base. Our approach could be a useful pattern but you need to now what game you're playing, then align every decision – from hiring to infrastructure to office policy – with that reality.
