Global Technical Enablement Manager

Responsibilities:
• Support sales cycles with both Enterprise and Mid-Market accounts where an estimate of the TCV accumulated is ~$50,000,000+ USD for UiPath
• Act as a technical liaison, within the sales cycle, to ensure customers and prospects alike understand the UiPath platform from both a business and/or an implementation perspective

Notable Successes:
• Provided consistent technical expertise with live demonstrations, to a global financial institution, to augment their current Unattended RPA offering with our Attended RPA capabilities leading to a $8,000,000+ USD upsell
• Collaborated on a POC/POV, which continued on to a healthy educational relationship throughout the sales cycle, with a national automotive company to land one of the first Enterprise License Agreements (ELA) in UiPath history leading to a Total Contract Value (TCV) of $12,700,000+ USD

• President’s Club recipient in the year 2022 due to the contribution toward UiPath’s revenue in 2021
• Developed multiple client-facing demos, both the code and video, for the UiPath “A Robot for Every Person” (AREP) initiative showcasing capabilities such as “Start My Day”, “Robotic Single Sign On”, etc.

Enterprise and Mid-Market Senior Sales Engineer

Project Description: A North American regional financial/life insurance company requested external guidance and support to implement multiple automations that satisfy the payment processing involved with a life insurance death claim.

Responsibilities:
•	Gathered requirements, per standard Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) practices, to sufficiently construct a procedural document that highlights all use cases necessary to process the life claim payment by performing stakeholder interviews with the life claim payment processing Subject Matter Experts (SME)
•	Established the design and infrastructure, leveraging Microsoft Visio, of all 12 automations required for processing basing that structure on Automation Anywhere framework and best practices
•	Developed the automations using a modular format, within Automation Anywhere, to satisfy all business requirements necessary to complete a life claims payment where the final product included over 16,000+ lines of code and over 30 modules
•	Conducted and co-administered User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with the life insurance company’s Center of Excellence (COE) and life claim SMEs to ensure the automation satisfies business requirements and processes payments appropriately
•	Created a runbook that details all technical logistics necessary to perform, update and/or maintain the automation after completion of UAT

•	Obtained Advanced Certification in Automation Anywhere
•	Successfully completed Foundations and Advanced Training(s) for UiPath
•	Developed multiple demonstration automations for client seminars, in both Automation Anywhere and Blue Prism, that showcase a “Fleet Management” mock process being completed by the aforementioned software

Project Description(s):
•	Setup and continuous maintenance of a process to determine money laundering risk for any entity applying for a commercial loan in a streamlined, cohesive manner
•	Full-comprehensive account review of high risk accounts, based on a federal consent order to enhance AML processes, to help mitigate and/or escalate money laundering risk
•	Support to enhance data requirements, based on federal CCAR regulation, to ensure all systems are reporting year end line items accurately

Responsibilities:
•	Performed Quality Assurance (QA) on 1,500+ Analyst loan reviews to ensure all AML risk has been documented appropriately to properly access a commercial loan approval
•	Involved in developing a staffing model, based on loan review completion metrics and seasonality of commercial loan applications, for C-suite executives to leverage and confirm a QA team is staffed appropriately
•	Responsible for training all new personnel on internal AML systems, including Know Your Customer (KYC), Transaction Monitoring and Suspicious Activity Report (SAR) systems, and the overall Analyst loan review process
•	Established an automated reporting tool, leveraging Excel VBA, to reduce a previously 1+ hour long process into seconds to alleviate potential human error and enhance weekly reporting process for key stakeholders
•	Completed 1,000+ initial loan reviews to document AML risk discovered during the established loan review process, including Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) Sanctions, Transaction Monitoring, KYC, SAR and Lexis Nexis Negative News screenings, on all parties involved with the loan application
•	Administered Robotics Process Automation (RPA) generated Python scripts to produce 21,000+ supporting documents to expedite initial Analyst review on a high risk account
