> Established product conversion funnel metrics to introduce an experimentation mindset into the company culture and developed the company’s first A/B tests, resulting in $200k+ MRR within 3 weeks
> Build user research groups in high-volume markets (e.g. China, India, etc.), synthesized and evangelized the user voice, and adjusted the short-term product roadmap to improve feature usage by 30% for the most valuable user segments.

It's a start-up and we wear many fancy hats around here. My favorite hat is Product Management.

Creating new products for our B2B platform means starting with use cases, sketching wire frames and writing detailed product specifications. Every product feature we build, I test myself and communicate consistently with engineering to deliver scalable solutions.

When I don't work on our core research product I optimize landing pages, test lead generation strategies through case studies and run global research projects for our Fortune 500 clients.

I also instituted a weekly ice-cream budget which benefits... well, mostly me!

I love being a solo dad.

It’s like the ultimate job in squeezing every bit of juice out of every minute all day long. 

If you have a moment between meetings you fold laundry

Then you think dinner

Juggle school pick up schedules

All the other shit

Then you fall into bed at 11pm feeling full of joy that you’ve 100% optimized another day. 

And before you celebrate me as a solo dad. 

Who will sustain that for exactly 10 days before his wife comes back. 

Make sure you celebrate all the single moms out there who are doing this insane efficiency gains sport. 

All day. Every day. Zero breaks. For years. 

All of them run circles around your “most efficient and productive guy at work”. 

Just throw your bias over board and give them an opportunity during the next interview phase. 

You have no idea what force is going to hit you.
