I’m Mirza. 22 yo founder.

It’s crazy how fast you grow when you step into a room where opportunity is already happening.

I realised this when I joined the AAA Accelerator.

I walked into a community filled with people who were actually building, shipping, failing, improving, and winning in real time.

And it changed everything for me.

I wasn’t just learning from a course.

I was learning from people who were ten steps ahead of me.

Getting on calls with them showed me how they think about their business at a bigger level.

Their mindset.

Their operations.

Not build-everything-hope.

End of Week 1, here is what changed.
Timeline: 6 months → 3 months.
Cost: $15K → $6K.
Features in MVP: 47 → 8.

They saved $9K in development costs.
We told them to take that money and put it into customer acquisition instead.

Because here is the truth most agencies will not tell you.
The fastest way to launch is not building faster.
It is building less of the right thing.

Without discovery, they would have spent 6 months and $15K building a platform nobody used.

With discovery, they launched in 3 months with a product people actually paid for.

Discovery is not overhead.
It is the difference between building what sounds impressive and building what converts.

Most agencies skip this step because they get paid to build.
Not to think.

We do it because we have rebuilt too many products that should have been right the first time.

P.S. If your roadmap has more than 10 features in Phase 1, you do not have an MVP.

You have a wish list.

That is what one of our clients said in a meeting.

Most agencies work behind the scenes.

Ideating.

Building.

Grinding.

Doing the grunt work the client never sees.

And maybe texting the client once a week.

And that is where things break.

Doing the work matters.

Getting shit done matters.

But keeping your client updated matters just as much.

Clients want clarity on what is going on.

Clients want to know what is happening.

Micro updates beat major updates.

Communication creates trust.

If your client never wonders what is happening, you are winning.

That is how you keep clients long term.

Here is the fastest way to build a Voice AI Agent so bad your client cancels, refunds, and files a 2X chargeback:


→ No interruption handling whatsoever. Let the AI keep talking even when the customer is screaming "STOP!" mid-sentence. Bonus points if it restarts from the beginning every time.

→ Use the cheapest TTS voice possible. Robotic monotone that pronounces "SQL" as "squeal" and pauses awkwardly mid-word. Extra credit if it sounds like a 2010 GPS system.


→ Hardcode everything. No dynamic context, no personalization. Every caller gets the exact same script whether they're a new lead or a frustrated customer calling for the 5th time.


→ latency of 3–5 seconds minimum would be great.  awkward silence after every response. Make sure customers think the call dropped.


→ Skip error handling completely. When the AI doesn't understand something, just have it say "I didn't get that" 47 times in a row until the caller rage-quits.


→ Store zero conversation history. Every interaction is a fresh start. Make your customers repeat themselves like they're talking to someone with amnesia.


→ No fallback to human agents. Ever. The AI is perfect and needs no backup. If it fails, just disconnect the call. Problem solved.


→ Ignore compliance and security.  HIPAA? GDPR? Let the AI freely discuss credit cards and medical info over unencrypted channels.


→ Deploy to production without testing on real phone numbers. Simulators are good enough. Don't worry about carrier compatibility, background noise, or accents.


P.S. I have seen many of these mistakes make it all the way to production. Companies spend a lot of money on Voice AI Agent system but miss the basics.

We just onboarded a client who could have vibed his MVP into existence in 48 hours.

He didn't.

He hired a development team to build it properly.
