#About Me Ever notice how most career conversations focus on what you "should" do or what you're "qualified" for? That's not how I work. When new clients work with me, they're often surprised by my first question: "What do you ACTUALLY want?" It stops them in their tracks because nobody has given them permission to want without limitations. I've built my approach around a simple truth: external value means nothing until you value yourself. My Value Creation/Value Communication Method helps ambitious professionals recognize their worth internally before attempting to communicate it externally. Because let's be honest… if YOU don't believe you're worth what you're targeting, why would anyone else? (This is not to confuse your value as a human with your professional worth) my belief is that all humans are worthy valuable and complete as you are now. Any growth is an option that you powerfully choose. What my clients consistently say sets our work apart: "You made me realize I was settling in all areas of my life." (Two clients have actually ended long-term relationships after our work together… not because I suggested it, but because recognizing their professional worth sparked questions about where else they were accepting less.) "You don't sugarcoat things, and I needed that." I ask uncomfortable questions and challenge self-subconcious beliefs. I'm not here to nod sympathetically (Even if I am human and do empathize) I know what it takes to get you results. "I was shocked when you told me to ignore advice that didn't resonate." Yes, including mine! This radical autonomy builds trust in your own judgment. "Your own story showed me what's possible." I've built my business despite major life challenges (surgery, family health crisis, parenting without support). It makes your obstacles seem more manageable. "You saw a version of me I couldn't see yet." The 10/10 belief I have in each client creates space where they gradually begin to see their own potential. My philosophy is inner work before outer work. Get your head straight first, and suddenly those "impossible" career goals start looking achievable.
