By uncovering user demographics, backstories, needs, and pain points, we can collaboratively develop solutions that resonate.

Here's a glimpse into my process:

→ User Empathy Canvas: I build a comprehensive user profile in Miro. We explore user goals, ambitions, decision-making processes, frustrations, and desired outcomes.
