Something I read recently made me stop and think:

"Your body is a reflection of your daily habits

Your business is a reflection of your daily habits

Your mood is a reflection of your daily habits

Your mind is a reflection of your daily habits"

If you don't like the current state of your:

You are the only one who can change this

And it starts with owning the fact you are where you are because of you

The moment you realize that you can change this with small daily habits, the sooner you wish you'd started

In my experience, the best way to move forward is to stop and think about what you want from life

Write out what this means for you

This will give your mind something to work toward

5 steps to delegating like a pro: 

1. Choose Wisely: What to delegate and to whom.
2. Explain & Train: Clear and concise instructions. 
3. Set Expectations: Define the outcome and authority.
4. Monitor Progress: Actively check in, just don't hover.
5. Provide Feedback: Celebratory but constructive.

Everyone tells you that if you want to stand out

You have to "be different"

But not many tell you how to do this

Most people think it's coming up with a fancy name for a business

Others think it's the name of an offer

But the people who stand out

The products you remember

Are the ones that you can relate with

I recently watched a Chris Do interview

And in that interview, he mentioned that a product without a story is a commodity

And he's right

Without a story

Or a way for people to connect with you

You're just another "widget"

The most authentic way to be different

And the most genuine way to stand out is to share more of who you are

No one else has the same story as you

I've sent 100,000+ cold emails in the last 3 years

Here are my 3 biggest lessons:

1 - Follow ups

Writing a killer first email is important

But not as important as you might think.

The majority of the conversations usually happen after the 3rd follow up email

Writing a great "final email" will see the interest from prospects shoot up

2 - New Skool

The majority of the cold emails I receive are usually looking to sell me something right away

Or give me something I did not ask for

In my experience, this is not the best approach 

Instead of asking for something right away

Inviting prospects to learn more seems to work better

3- Links

In the early days of sending cold emails, I used to add my link for booking calls

This is a mistake

Not only will this put you on the back foot with a prospect

But it lowers your chance of your emails making it to your prospect's inbox

Leave the links and documents for later

The #1 sign of someone with high self respect

It's not:

- Making sure everyone else is OK
- Doing things for other people
- Putting yourself last

The number 1 sign of self respect is getting in shape

If you can do this, you are proving to yourself that you can

- Do hard things without immediate reward
- Commit to something long term

It also shows your dedication to improving yourself a little bit every day

In my experience, the positive carryover from getting in shape impacts every other area of my life
