I ran an agency for 6 years and invisibility nearly killed it (twice). I'm obsessed with people's buying behavior on LinkedIn. Here's what I've learned over the past 2+ years: 1. Most people on LinkedIn want to be educated 2. They save content for 'later' but rarely return 3. Some people will apply the content's advice 4. Most people will never apply (or read again) 5. Those who apply the stuff either win or fail 6. If they win, you've made their lives easier 7. If they fail, they either give up or hire you And finally: The more you share, the more you get back.
