If we want to let AI agents autonomously fulfill tasks, we should ask ourselves if we as human beings would be confident enough to do it ourselves. 

Because it’s not just about “ai needs good foundations”, it’s also about putting ourselves in the shoes of the hypothetical agents and the persons that the agent will interact with. 

If you can’t even be sure you can do it right, why would an AI agent be able to? 

So it’s not about having a pristine perfect foundation for AI agents, it just needs to be good enough - and some human critical thinking can help define that!
