✴ Clear and simple. A leave of absence job is complex. Employees don't need to know that. My communication style is positive, clear, and simple. Simplification also translates into process improvement, content creation, and process mapping. This all requires a depth of knowledge and understanding. With one year of experience, I rose above expectations. ✴ The LOA/ADA process is a human process. From start to finish, employee experience is my priority. I'm present during some of the best and worst times of an employee's life and take that responsibility seriously, empathetically communicating and actively listening. People are my passion. ✴ I love getting into the weeds. I enjoy straightforward claims as much as I love Dr. Pepper, but I like to swim in the minutia, too. As an LOA/ADA SME, you'll find me diving into the depths of intricate claims, thoroughly analyzing cases and resurfacing with sound eligibility decisions. ✴ Underestimated; overachieved. One year of leave experience doesn’t hinder me. I’ve continually outperformed my tenure. I even spruced up a former coworker’s left-behind portfolio. I immediately saw the issues and put the work in to rectify them and smooth over relationships. It refined my technical skills and doubled down on phenomenal customer experiences. 🔸 My favorite season is NFL season (Go Pack Go!!!💚💛).
