Emotions play a huge role in our day to day lives. It affects every area of life both personally and professionally. Emotional coaching is a process through which individuals learn to become more aware of and manage their emotions. 

As a coach, my goal is to help you develop skills that will enable to you to cope with life stressors, to be able to express your emotions effectively and to help you to maintain positive relationships in your personal and professional life. 

With emotional regulation skills, you can influence which emotions you have as well as learning how to express them in a healthy way through a wide range of approaches.

There are many strategies for improving your emotional health. Individuals who are emotionally fit can hold onto positive emotions longer and appreciate the good times. Positive emotions are integral to emotional fitness.


I am Heather Vasey, a Transformational Emotional Coach, helping clients to move into a deeper level of self, peeling back the layers so they can change the relationship they have with themselves, and how they see, think and feel about their lives and how they interact with others. 

I am passionate about working with others, providing encouragement and support and help them navigate their emotions so the individual can effectively control the wide spectrum of human emotions.

Additionally, Sahil earned two PAC-12 All-Academic Team awards and twice received the Bruce R. Cameron Memorial Award, given annually to a student-athlete exhibiting excellence in athletics, academics, and leadership. Academically, Sahil was advised in his pursuits by former Secretary of State Dr. Condoleezza Rice.

Additionally, I learned how to properly mop a floor and quickly reach multiple destinations by car--without the assistance of a smartphone or satellite aided navigation. (It was 1996.)
