I focused on the now.

Less time on my phone.
More quality time with the family.
Being present and in the same room.

My 7 y/o practically demanded my attention.

He held me accountable (every bloody day!).
He set goals for our joint LEGO project.
He celebrated our little wins.

And I loved every minute of it! 🥰
