We’re partnering with primary and specialty care groups to improve patient outcomes and provider profitability through thoughtful clinical + operational design. I’m looking for a Director of Customer Success to help us scale that vision. This is a builder role—perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of execution and strategy. You'll lead enterprise partner launches, drive retention and expansion, and shape the systems and playbooks we need to deliver value at scale.
