Thanks for visiting my profile. I am highly driven by curiosity, empathy, and a drive to grow as well as as teach and inspire others to do the same. My mission and passion is in teaching and inspiring corporate professionals to own their careers and take control of their future and I work with several organizations to help them improve retention and engagement by doing just that. In addition to work in the career development field, I also host a popular podcast, conference, and membership community for talent development professionals, called the Talent Development Think Tank.
