Case in point- my definition of FAFF, a British slang word (noun. verb): a catch-all term for superfluous nonsense that causes frustration. — For the past 700+ days, I have done something new daily. It is how I live my life now. And frankly, it’s made me bloody unstoppable. It’s also the premise of my book (which, not only is a book to be LIVED, it has a secret punchline..). — Ask me what I think about Hubspot, Kajabi, or Todoist [Rant Alert]. Since my approach to businesses is holistic, synthesizing everything from your mental models, tools, processes, customer journey, and beyond, this is something I *guarantee* you will not find from searching.
